Director of Delivery Operations and Workforce Planning

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain regional delivery operating practices, including management cadences
• Own forecasting and capacity-planning processes by integrating pipeline, backlog, active work
• Facilitate recurring demand and capacity reviews, identify staffing gaps, bench exposure
• Partner with Finance and Delivery leaders to maintain visibility into revenue, utilization
• Define and maintain delivery KPIs, data ownership, thresholds, reporting standards, and review
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and recommendations that explain trends, forecast variance

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in consulting, professional services, delivery operations, PMO
• Strong understanding of professional and managed services delivery models, including project
• Proven experience building and managing demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce-planning
• Strong knowledge of services forecasting, budgeting, margin management, variance analysis
• Experience working within complex enterprise transformation programs involving multiple
• Demonstrated experience contributing to opportunity shaping, scoping, estimation, SOW reviews
