📋 Description

• Design and execute an integrated, multi-channel global demand engine aligned with corporate ARR
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing global team across ABX, Field Marketing, Digital, Web
• Architect targeted Account-Based Marketing strategies for enterprise accounts, driving both net-new
• Establish a rigorous, data-driven approach to track end-to-end conversion rates, pipeline velocity
• Serve as a core partner to Global Sales leadership, unifying marketing targets with sales
• Identify opportunities to scale marketing programs and outcomes by implementing new ways-of-working

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive demand generation leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS/software (experience
• Proven experience leading and inspiring remote, cross-functional GTM teams across multiple regions
• Mastery of modern enterprise GTM plays, multi-touch attribution, data analytics, and modern martech
• A strong business acumen with a passion for pipeline math, unit economics, and data-backed
• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align product, sales, finance, and
