📋 Description

• The role owns strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel programs to generate qualified
• Leads a demand generation team and partners with sales/marketing to build scalable processes for
• Develops and executes demand gen strategy across paid media, email, webinars, sponsorships, ABX
• Builds ABX programs targeting strategic industries and high-value segments with sales collaboration.
• Leads team development, manages agencies/contractors, and ensures pipeline goals and budget

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or related leadership roles.
• 3+ years experience building and leading marketing teams.
• Proven PLG and enterprise GTM experience.
• Strong background marketing to technical audiences and sophisticated buyers.
• Experience building programs from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and reporting.
