📋 Description

• Support the Chapter Executive Director in developing and executing local fundraising strategies
• Achieve an annual fundraising goal of at least $100,000.
• Build, qualify, and actively manage a portfolio of at least 30 new major gift prospects, advancing
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation partners.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and national Development team to identify and pursue

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success in individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grant writing, and/or major
• Strong relationship-building, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate prospects, develop donor relationships, and advance
• Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage donor and prospect activity.

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated starting salary range of $87,000–$120,000 per year.
