Director of Digital Marketplace

📋 Description

• Develop long-term marketplace growth strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and partners.
• Lead agencies for day-to-day optimization, content, ads, and operations.
• Drive channel sales, profitability, and efficiency via assortment, pricing, promos, merchandising.
• Partner with agencies to build quarterly/annual marketplace plans, forecasting, budgets.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital retail.
• Proven success developing and executing marketplace strategies across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Proactive communicator and problem solver in collaborative settings.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
