📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for digital ordering, loyalty, app, and delivery.
• Set product strategy and roadmap aligned with Always Warm goals.
• Define vision for guest platforms and internal tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Lead AI/ML opportunities to improve guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, incl end-to-end roadmap.
• 3+ years leading a product team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• QSR/retail or multi-unit restaurant exp preferred.
• Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to exec leadership.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and tools (Jira, Figma, Lucid).
