📋 Description

  • Own the global digital sales strategy and performance for Tailor and new products.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy across traditional fitness and new verticals.
  • Build and lead the Commercial Digital Sales team, including direct reps.
  • Act as the digital overlay across iFIT's global commercial org with partners.
  • Drive digital revenue growth via partnerships, subscriptions, and adoption.
  • Create scalable programs, pricing, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, or digital fitness.
  • Proven success leading through influence in matrix orgs.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and commercial forecasting.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Preferred: experience leading subscription/SaaS/recurring revenue.
