🎯 Requirements

• English required.
• 5+ years managing engineers, including multiple teams.
• 10+ years building production software with backend focus.
• Proven recruiting, coaching, retaining engineers.
• Strong engineering culture; candid debates; ownership.
• Able to weigh architecture tradeoffs by recipient impact.
• Energized to build product development fluency with non-technical stakeholders.
