🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software engineering
3+ years in engineering management (leading managers)
Proven track record building high-performing teams
Strong full-stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS
Architectural oversight and systems design; AI tooling experience
Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent
