🎯 Requirements

10+ years engineering, with 3+ years in manager/director roles.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development.
Working understanding of modern software development, cloud, and AI practices.
AI/agentic development skills; teach and set standards (Claude, Cursor).
Experience managing distributed/geographically dispersed teams.
Fluency with engineering metrics and data-driven delivery management.
