📋 Description

• Lead a multi-team engineering org for consumer products
• Own roadmap, architecture, and delivery across portfolios
• Balance product delivery with tech health and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Biz stakeholders
• Drive AI into platforms and customer experiences
• Partner with security, compliance, and legal as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering leadership managing managers
• Strong architectural judgment across distributed systems
• Hands-on AI, ML, or LLM experience in prod teams
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver with ambiguity
• Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional partners
