🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years leading teams.
• Startup experience at a company with fewer than 100 employees, hands-on.
• Proven experience shipping a 1.0 or early-stage product.
• Cloud-native SaaS with multi-tenant architectures and large-scale APIs.
• Deep data modeling across relational, graph, vector, and streaming data.
• MS or PhD in CS, AI, or related technical field.
