📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in CS or related, or equivalent.
12+ years software engineering; 4+ years in a Director role with managers.
Deep AI/ML expertise; hands-on with LLMs and NLP.
Proven enterprise software delivery experience.
Experience scaling across geographies.
Strong product, sales, delivery collaboration and comms.
