🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in modern AI/ML and production systems
• Track record of AI-native product development from inception to production
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and retrieval
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Java or Go is valuable
• Hands-on with AI frameworks and infrastructure; experience with AI coding agents
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance rapid experimentation with enterprise rigor
