Director of Engineering - Application, Cloud and Offensive Security

📋 Description

• Define and execute security strategy across three pillars: application, cloud, and offensive
• Build and lead a high-performing security engineering organization.
• Drive red team ops, adversarial simulations, and threat modeling in an AI-enabled landscape.
• Embed security into Snowflake's AI products and cloud architecture from the ground up.
• Own cloud security assurance to meet enterprise and regulator expectations.
• Communicate program status and threats to executives; influence cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in security engineering with leadership in multi-domain programs.
• Deep expertise in at least two pillars: application, cloud, or offensive security.
• Proven track record building scalable security teams in enterprise tech.
• Strong cloud security architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and controls.
• Experience leading a red team or offensive security program.
• Ability to partner with product/engineering and embed security without velocity drag.
