Lead and manage the Engineering organization, partnering with Head of Engineering and Product
Own delivery, organizational health, manager development, staffing, and engineering operating
Lead AI strategy and execution across the product and software development lifecycle
Mature engineering performance metrics and drive operational improvements
Set technical roadmap and allocate capacity across product delivery, architecture, platform

🎯 Requirements

12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership and 3+
Experience running a 30-60 person engineering organization through multiple Engineering Managers
Proven experience building production AI and agentic systems
Strong technical judgment in system design, software design patterns, and engineering processes
Experience with DORA metrics, reliability, and operating rigor
