🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background with technical depth to earn respect of experienced engineers and
• Led significant engineering teams, ideally managed engineering managers as well as individual
• Consultancy, agency or professional services experience, understanding client delivery
• Comfortable speaking with senior client stakeholders and contributing to technical and commercial
• Understand the Bulgarian technology market and ideally have a strong network
• Experience in iGaming valuable but not essential
