📋 Description

• Set technical direction across US Ticketing, working with Engineering Managers and Staff+ engineers
• Lead the evolution of a mature, business-critical platform, balancing client commitments and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers in a complex software
• Strong technical judgment and enough architectural depth to work credibly with senior engineers on
• Willingness and ability to contribute technically when it is the highest-leverage way to help
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development and a strong point of view on how AI
• Experience evolving mature, business-critical systems while continuing to deliver customer value
• A track record of creating technical strategy from ambiguous product and business problems
