• 7+ years of engineering leadership in a high-growth environment
• Passion for leading, coaching, and building an inspired team with vision and accountability
• Business acumen with ability to drive step-change results through product innovation
• Strong decision maker balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality
• Effective communicator and storyteller; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work; demonstrate curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
