• 10+ years in infrastructure/SRE/Platform Eng or security; 5+ years managing managers.
• Deep SRE: design SLOs/SLIs, incidents, capacity planning.
• LiveSite experience with enterprise web platforms at scale.
• Hands-on AI; AI-curious; apply AI to infra ops.
• Broad tech: cloud, Kubernetes, service mesh, data storage, observability.
• Leadership: org-building, ownership, high standards, accountability.
