📋 Description

• Lead and scale engineering teams across Cloud Infra, Platform, Data Platform, and Internal Tooling.
• Define and own platform and infrastructure strategy for scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Influence architecture and design for large-scale distributed systems.
• Partner with Product, Security, Finance, and Leadership to align investments with goals.
• Drive execution by evolving processes, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery.
• Stay ahead of Web3, cloud, and AI trends and translate them into strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering in distributed systems.
• 5+ years engineering leadership, including managing managers at a high-growth startup.
• Strong hands-on understanding of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and multi-region/multi-cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
