📋 Description

• Lead AI-first engineering for MetaDefender Email Security across on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Stay hands-on: shape architecture, write critical code, and unblock tough problems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap; manage risk, quality, and security.
• Set technical direction and defend architecture for high-assurance environments.
• Build and lead a distributed, high-performance team across Romania and Hungary.
• Drive velocity with AI-native practices, CI/CD, and incident readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Full agentic development experience running a full AI-powered SDLC.
• Product launched via an AI-powered SDLC; end-to-end responsibility.
• 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading teams.
• Distributed-team leadership across countries/time zones.
• Security-conscious by default; security-first design and review.
• Scalable, distributed systems experience; cloud-native, CI/CD.
