• Lead a team of engineers and engineering managers who own Hover's mobile capture experience across
• Set technical direction for mobile product development, balancing near-term delivery against
• Shape the boundary between shared capture infrastructure, reusable components, and individual
• Treat reliability as a product feature: build observability to understand what is happening on
• Help decide where the company invests and how technology evolves as a senior member of the
• Own mobile application development across iOS, Android, and React Native

🎯 Requirements

• Leading mobile engineering organizations, including managing engineering managers or multiple teams
• A strong technical foundation in mobile engineering — enough depth to evaluate architecture
• Experience operating mobile applications at meaningful scale, with working knowledge of mobile
• Genuine interest in interaction design and user experience, and a track record of partnering with
• A track record of improving reliability and engineering quality in complex or mature systems
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining engineering leaders and senior technical talent
