• Modernize how dental practices manage revenue operations and billing with providers and payers.

• Contribute to architecture reviews and codebase when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams of 8+ people.
• Proven mentor and multiplier for organizational growth.
• Experience building 0-1 products and scaling platforms; strong SaaS knowledge.
• Full-stack expertise with front-end and back-end tech; architectural and design pattern skills.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, IaC; cloud infra
