📋 Description

• Set and drive technical vision for data collection, teleoperation, ML pipelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering org; design structure, talent, and culture for scale.
• Ensure technical excellence; track deliverables and address issues early.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on platform architecture and release processes.
• Collaborate with researchers and clients to deliver scalable robotics data infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years engineering in fast-paced environments; 4+ years people management.
• Experience leading HW-SW systems; robotics/autonomous vehicles/ML preferred.
• Deep fluency in ML lifecycle: training pipelines, data flywheels, evaluation frameworks.
• Comfortable leading teams across Python, C++, TypeScript; AWS, Kubernetes, Temporal, Airflow.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communicator to surface problems and drive decisions across teams.
