Define and drive technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Platform Services
Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure
Guide architecture decisions across cloud, Kubernetes, networking, identity, security
Build and operate Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native services
Drive development of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure-as-code
Establish engineering standards for system design, API development, testing, observability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
8+ years professional software engineering experience
3+ years technical leadership/people management experience
Strong experience with distributed systems and production-grade backend services
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud-native tech
Proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, Go, Python
