📋 Description

• Setting and leading the engineering productivity strategy, driving the move towards an agentic
• Owning the roadmap for shared engineering platforms and delivery capabilities, including CI/CD
• Running the engineering operating rhythm and a trusted metrics framework, giving leadership clear
• Leading engineering FinOps and cloud cost optimisation, working with your CloudOps analysts to
• Managing the engineering tooling portfolio end to end, including vendor evaluation, contract

🎯 Requirements

• Significant engineering leadership experience in SaaS, cloud platform, DevOps, developer
• A practical understanding of AI-assisted and agentic software development, ideally having led a
• Experience running engineering operations, with a track record of measuring productivity through
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management, vendor and contract management, and technical
• Excellent communication and sound commercial judgement, with the ability to influence engineering
