Director of Enterprise Sales, Wealth, FIs & Brokerage

📋 Description

• Identify, target, and engage C-suite executives and other key decision-makers at large enterprise
• Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts, driving customer
• Lead complex enterprise sales processes, including RFPs, proposal development, pricing models
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with
• Capture and communicate feedback from customers and prospects to inform product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brokerage, trading, capital markets, or a closely related
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets; extensive
• Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management across both
• Established network of institutional clients and demonstrated ability to generate new enterprise
• Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, commercial
• Strong communication, leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
