Director of Field Finance

📋 Description

• Oversee financial ops across multiple facilities; ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide interim finance leadership and partner with venue teams.
• Drive process optimization to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with operations to strengthen controls and growth.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and key financial analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Experience in sports/entertainment/hospitality or similar environments.
• Multi-site finance ops experience a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
• NetSuite or Sage financial systems experience preferred.
