Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, partnering with department
• Build financial pro formas and scenario models to support growth initiatives, service-line
• Deliver monthly budget and forecast variance analyses, explaining key changes, their business
• Maintain financial KPIs, executive reporting, and consistent financial models to support
• Calculate and monitor product and service-line margins, including direct provider and contractor
• Analyze P&L performance to identify opportunities in pricing, cost structures, vendor terms

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent
• Demonstrated success leading financial operations in a small business, startup, or high-growth
• Advanced FP&A expertise, including budgeting, multi-period forecasting, scenario modeling
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical experience using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.

• Base salary: $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience.
