📋 Description

• Lead key aspects of the annual budgeting process, support program budget development, and provide
• Prepare timely financial packages for the organization and affiliated entities, ensuring monthly
• Ensure accurate revenue and expense coding, review monthly revenue classifications, reconcile
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts, prepare payroll coding sheets, upload journal entries
• Review and approve expenses, invoices, and staff reimbursements across the organization and
• Support treasury activities, including investment management, disbursement approvals, cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience within nonprofit organizations.
• Direct, hands-on financial management experience with a 501(c)(4) organization, including its
• Experience overseeing finances across multiple related nonprofit entities, such as a 501(c)(3)
• Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budget-versus-actual
• Strong knowledge of restricted and unrestricted fund accounting, grant financial reporting, and
• Experience managing audits and working directly with external auditors.
