Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Monitor long-range financial performance against strategic plans, identify systemic variances and
• Lead complex cross-functional financial integration initiatives, including service line
• Provide site-level financial analysis and recommendations for significant capital and business
• Execute performance frameworks, productivity models, and turnaround initiatives focused on labor
• Lead multi-year strategic financial and capital planning, including financial risk models, capital
• Direct the monthly financial close process in partnership with accounting and finance analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 7–9 years of relevant
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with healthcare financial and operational systems such as EPIC, Infor, or Strata is
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, finance, and business administration, with working knowledge
• Demonstrated experience developing operating and capital budgets, forecasts, revenue projections
• Working knowledge of financial systems and technology solutions, with the ability to identify
