📋 Description

• Lead and own the company's finance, accounting, payroll, and compliance functions
• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Build financial models, dashboards, and executive reporting packages
• Support fundraising initiatives, investor readiness, and due diligence processes
• Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong accounting, controllership, and financial management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building or improving financial systems and operational processes
• Experience supporting fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, due diligence, or capital raise
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting skills
• Hands-on experience with payroll, tax coordination, and compliance workflows
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leadership teams
