• Lead M&A and strategic finance projects from assessment to execution.
• Support capital raising with materials and investor analysis.
• Build high-quality financial models, valuations, and scenarios.
• Drive end-to-end due diligence, valuation, and transaction processes.
• Partner with leadership to connect financial analysis to strategy.
• Operate as a hands-on owner, building materials and pushing work forward.

• Strong M&A and corporate finance skills.
• Experience in PE/IB or similar.
• Hands-on financial modeling and analysis.
• Commercial and strategic judgment.
