Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and compensation
• Own G&A forecasting, planning, and the review process, including variance analysis and
• Lead a cross-functional team through the preparation and review of the Corporate G&A budget
• Track and report integration savings, as well as assist in identifying savings opportunities.
• Own end-to-end compensation planning and modeling across corporate and property management
• Responsible for enterprise-level reporting and analytics, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in compensation planning
• Modeling complex compensation structures preferred
• Private equity experience preferred
• Proven success building and leading high-performing FP&A teams
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex, data-driven insights clearly and
