Director of Fleet Ops Execution

📋 Description

• Lead global delivery of on-road testing across programs and geographies
• Oversee regional Heads of Fleet Ops and Demonstrations Manager
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Program teams for test routes, schedules, and configs
• Define global test planning cycles, execution cadences, milestone delivery
• Drive high-quality test execution across regions, sites, and programs
• Align test needs with system maturity across technical domains

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site technical operations or testing delivery
• Strong cross-functional program leadership in high-velocity or R&D settings
• Ability to work with Engineering, Product, and Validation teams on road-delivered programs
• Excellent operational planning, milestone tracking, and structured execution
• Ability to translate technical requirements into executable delivery plans
• Experience managing and scaling distributed teams across regions/time zones
