📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end F&B experiences at global events
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across large-scale live events
• Develop menus and beverage concepts aligned with objectives
• Lead teams across preparation, live delivery, and post-event wrap
• Manage budgets from $100K to $12M+ with forecasting and control
• Collaborate with partners, venues, and internal teams worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing F&B for large-scale live events (100–20,000+ attendees)
• Background in consultancy, hospitality, events, or agency environments
• Experience with budgets ranging $100K–$12M+
• Hands-on, fast-paced delivery mindset
• Strong financial, supplier negotiation, and contract management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
