Director of FP&A

📋 Description

• Build and develop the FP&A team; coach and hire to scale capacity
• Partner with GTM, Product & Engineering on investment cases and unit economics
• Co-author board and CFO/CEO materials; translate data into narrative
• Lead end-to-end planning: budget, forecasts, long-range plans in Pigment
• Own and advance Pigment platform; improve forecasting and reporting
• Drive MBR and QBR cadences; deliver dashboards and actions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant FP&A leadership in a high-growth SaaS/tech business
• Track record transforming FP&A into a business-impact function
• Strong partner to C-suite, VPs and directors translating financial insight
• Systems-oriented thinker to optimize recurring work for project impact
• Experience with modern planning platforms (Pigment preferred) as a product
• Ability to own end-to-end annual planning: budgeting, forecasting, board reporting
