📋 Description

• Own P&L and site performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead labor and inventory planning to ensure on-time shipping.
• Mentor and scale a multi-tier leadership team for accountability.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to eliminate waste and improve SOPs.
• Partner with Engineering and Software to implement automation and equipment.
• Collaborate with People, Transportation, and Vendors to align ops with strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• 5+ years managing salaried leaders and teams of 300+ employees.
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or analytical Business field.
• Relentless problem-solver who thrives on optimizing complex systems.
