Director of Fulfillment Center Operations, Away Team

📋 Description

• Lead the Away Team embedded across Spreetail's fulfillment center network.
• Own P&L and performance metrics at every site, esp. during crises.
• Travel ~25% of the time to facilities across the network.
• Build and mentor a bench of site leaders for rapid deployment and ownership.
• Develop labor, safety, and delivery targets across sites.
• Establish a safety-first culture and crisis-ready operating model.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• Proven leader managing 300+ salaried employees.
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or analytical business field.
• Willing and able to travel 25%+ and relocate for future centers.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
