📋 Description

• Total Operational & Financial Ownership: Assume full accountability for the DFW FC's P&L
• Strategic Labor & Inventory Planning: Orchestrate complex labor models to manage fluctuating
• Developing a 'Leader of Leaders' Culture: Directly mentor and scale a multi-tiered leadership
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Tech & Infrastructure Optimization: Partner with Engineering and Software teams to identify
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with stakeholders in People & Culture, Transportation

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced: 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• Proven Leader: 5+ years managing salaried leaders and experience overseeing teams of 300+.
• Analytical: BS in Engineering, Operations, or an analytical Business field.
