Director of Fulfillment Center Operations

📋 Description

• Own P&L for the PA FC; drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Plan labor and inbound freight to ensure on-time shipping.
• Mentor multi-tier leadership to drive accountability and growth.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to cut waste and SOPs.
• Partner with Eng and Software to implement automation.
• Collaborate with People, Transportation, and Vendor Mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment/manufacturing/distribution (e-commerce preferred)
• 5+ years managing salaried leaders and 300+ staff
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or analytical business field
• Problem-solver who thrives on optimizing complex systems
