Director of Global Event Marketing

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end event marketing strategy, portfolio, calendar, and budget
• Lead all aspects of third-party trade show participation, including event selection, budgeting
• Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to engage target accounts, book meetings before events
• Oversee sponsored industry events and establish clear deliverables and mutual expectations with
• Create and manage workshops, meetups, exclusive dinners, and customer events, defining their
• Develop a roadmap for expanding smaller owned events into an annual user conference

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in corporate event marketing within a B2B organization, including
• Proven experience managing a high volume of third-party trade shows and sponsored event programs
• Experience planning and executing mid-sized user conferences, customer events, or exclusive dinner
• Strong familiarity with event technology, including registration platforms, lead capture
• Demonstrated ownership of event budgets, with the ability to connect event investment to qualified
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple
