Director of Grants and Contracts

📋 Description

• Develop and implement grants and contracts administration strategy.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls for grant management.
• Lead compliance with federal Uniform Guidance, state and private funders.
• Advise executive leadership on contractual risk and compliance issues.
• Improve contract administration, billing, and reporting processes.
• Build partnerships across Programs, Development, Finance, and Exec Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field; 10+ yrs grants management or govt contracts.
• 5+ yrs leading grants and contracts teams.
• Experience managing federal/state/local funding portfolios.
• Budgets over $25M annual (preferred).
• Knowledge of Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and audits.
• Contract lifecycle management, cost allocation, reimbursement methods.
