📋 Description

• Define, align, and maintain a clear strategy for the Group COO team
• Lead the goal-setting process for the GCOO area, aligning top-level objectives with sub-function
• Partner with Finance to build and embed a dependable monthly reporting process with clear
• Lead the transition to a fully functioning global operating model with a 'global by design' mindset
• Take accountability for high-impact strategic projects, collaborating across teams
• Track progress against the GCOO strategy and communicate key updates to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior strategic level in fintech or complex operational environments
• Proven track record of shaping business strategy through structured problem-solving, data, and
• Ability to turn strategy into executable projects, delivering on time and to quality
• Experience in matrixed environments, building alignment and holding cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex operational/technical signals into clear executive narratives
• Financial discipline and analytical capability, with experience partnering with Finance
