• Own growth strategy and full funnel from acquisition to retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth/marketing leadership.
• Proven revenue growth with CAC/LTV optimization.
• Led paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon.
• Data-driven with analytics and experimentation.
• Lifecycle, retention, email, SMS, CRO expertise.
• Experience with subscription businesses.
