📋 Description

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team spanning Partner Management, Proposal Management
• Own end-to-end proposal operations — schedules, compliance, resourcing, and quality across multiple
• Lead the Partner Management function: identify, qualify, and manage strategic partnerships and
• Oversee the Pricing function during its initial stand-up, including price-to-win development, with
• Build and mature the BD Analytics & Research capability, including market intelligence
• Direct the Proposal Management and Technical Writing function to ensure consistent, high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, proposal management, or related business
• Demonstrated experience building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with pricing or price-to-win processes and cross-functional coordination with Finance.
• Strong process-design and program management skills, with a track record of scaling operations in a
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced
