Director of GTM Finance

📋 Description

• Own the driver-based revenue model and forecast end to end
• Drive capital allocation via CAC, LTV, payback, channel analysis
• Run annual planning and monthly forecasting for GTM functions
• Own GTM headcount, ramp, and capacity planning with leadership
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-impact GTM Finance team
• Build models, dashboards, and reporting with the Data team

• Expert in growth economics (CAC, LTV, payback)
• Experience managing and growing finance teams
• Uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting
• Brings structure to ambiguity and rigorous processes
