Director of GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Lead a GTM systems team to design, build, and maintain GTM tooling
• Own GTM technology strategy and roadmap with stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with GTM leadership to translate needs into scalable system requirements
• Drive large-scale initiatives including CRM architecture, workflow automation, and AI/ML tooling
• Oversee GTM stack integrations for clean data flows and a unified customer view
• Manage change enablement for system rollouts with adoption and measurable impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in GTM systems, sales/marketing tech, or revenue engineering in SaaS
• Deep GTM stack expertise: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, data enrichment, AI tools
• Salesforce architecture-level expertise
• HubSpot, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Gong Engage, and data enrichment tools experience
• Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity with cross-functional prioritization
• Leadership in building high-performing technical teams and strong communication
