📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GTM systems across CRM, marketing, and data flows.
• Design holistic tool interactions, data ownership, and workflows.
• Define the AI-enabled GTM workflow roadmap and adoption.
• Build a modern operating model: ownership, service catalog, SLAs.
• Partner with GTM, Data, Product & Tech, Finance, People teams.
• Deliver measurable productivity gains and reliable data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building or leading GTM systems in SaaS.
• Experience designing cross-tool systems, not single platform.
• Hands-on CRM, marketing, internal tools, integrations, data flows.
• Proven automation or AI-enabled workflows that boost productivity.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into systems, roadmaps.
• Experience leading small teams, vendors or cross-functional delivery.
• Strong executive communication and partnership with senior leaders.
